Unique voucher code as issued via Coupontools (e.g. CF-ABCD-1234)

Numeric ID of the campaign in this platform

Name of the retail chain (e.g. Albert Heijn, Jumbo, PLUS)

Name of the specific store location

store_city

City of the store (e.g. Amsterdam, Rotterdam)

Full address of the store (optional)

EAN code of the scanned product (8–14 digits)

Discount amount applied in euros (e.g. 1.00)

Date and time of redemption (format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)

POS transaction number from the register (optional, for audit trail)

Channel through which the voucher was obtained: direct / email / tiktok / instagram / facebook / banner / snapchat (default: direct)

How it works: Download the template, fill in the daily retailer data and upload the file. Rows with errors are skipped; valid rows are saved immediately.

campaign_id: Use the ID from the campaigns overview page. Current campaigns: 150010 = Coca-Cola Lime · 150011 = Fanta Zero Sugar · 150012 = Haribo · 150013 = Starbucks Arla · 180001 = Lays AH en Jumbo Campagne Q1 · 270001 = Monster Spar Uni Q2 · 870001 = Monster RED

Date format: Always use YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS (e.g. 2026-02-21 14:35:00).
